About Me

I’m an independent journalist, fact-checker, and researcher based in South Jersey. Since March 2020, I have covered Camden County, NJ. Outside of local news, I write about disability, informed by my perspective as a disabled woman. You can see more of my work in the reporting clips tab.

As a fact-checker, I have worked on digital and print articles for Eater, Mother Jones, The Nation, Texas Monthly, WIRED, and others. I also have fact-checked scripts for Coda Story and TED, and newsletters. You can see more of my work in the fact-checking clips tab.

I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in December 2019, majoring in communication and minoring in Russian history and culture. In my spare time, I enjoy walking, drinking cold brew year around, hanging out with my pets, and watching figure skating.
